Mixed media layout "My goals 2019"

oggi vi presento il mio ultimo layout mixed media, dedicato a me per tenere fissi sempre in mente i miei buoni propositi per il 2019

Hi everyone!

today I bring you my last mixed media layout, dedicated to myself to keep always in mind my goals for this year 2019

Come base ho utilizzato una carta patterned 7 Dots Studio su cui ho prima spennellato del gesso trasparente, e in seguito ho effettuato degli stencil con la Texture Paste di Finnabair Studio.

I chose a patterned paper from 7 Dots Studio, I brushed on clear gesso and after I made some stencils with texture paste from Finnabair Studio

Ho fatto varie timbrate (timbri Carabelle Studio, AB Studio, Comptoir du Scrap) con il tampone archival nero e con i colori spray (Prima Marketing e Lindy's Stamp Gang) ho colorato il mio sfondo effettuando qualche sgocciolatura di colore per avere più movimento

I made some stamps with black archival ink pad (stamps from Carabelle Studio, AB Studio and Comptoir du Scrap) and with spray colors (Prima Marketing and Lindy's Stamp Gang) I colored my background making some droplets to have more movement

Infine ho costruito il mio punto focale con una foto in bianco e nero, sovrapponendo vari strati di carte, die cuts, frames, tags e tanti abbellimenti

Then I built my focal point with a black and white photo, and some layers of papers, die cuts, frames, tags e a lot of embellishments

Ho scelto una carta patterned di 7 Dots Studio che ho incollato su una tela 30x30 cm per avere maggiore stabilità

I chose a patterned paper from 7 Dots Studio Collection ( Northern Lights) and then I glued on a 30x30 cm canvas to have more stability to work with mediums

Mixed Media Canvas Dreamer

oggi vi mostro l'ultima tela che ho creato, utilizzando una delle foto di mio figlio che preferisco di più 

Hi everyone!

today I bring you my last mixed media canvas, that I created using a photo of my son very precious for me 'cause it reminds me a very special day

Mi sono divertita moltissimo a crearla, a utilizzare dei contrasti di colori con il rosa, il viola e il nero e un sacco di abbellimenti

I had a lot of fun creating it, using color contrasts with pink, purple and black and lots of embellishments

Per lo sfondo ho utilizzato prima uno stencil con i tamponi Archival, poi ne ho usato un altro con la texture paste bianca. 

For the background first I used a stencil with the Archival ink pad, then I used another one with white texture paste 

Per creare questa tela ho usato materiali di Finnabair Studio, Prima Marketing, 7 Dots Studio, Aallandcreate, 13Arts e Kora Projects. 

To create this canvas I used supplies from Finnabair Studio,  Prima Marketing, 7 Dots Studio, Aallandcreate, 13Arts e Kora Projects.

Mixed Media Vintage Layout

Ciao a tutti!

oggi voglio mostrarvi il mio ultimo layout, questa volta ho lasciato la mia comfort zone ed ho utilizzato colori e uno stile un pò vintage.....anche la foto utilizzata è "vecchiotta" perchè è stata scattata mentre ero incinta del mio bimbo

Hi everyone! 

today I want to show you my last layout, this time I left my comfort zone and I choose colors and a style a little vintage.....even the photo is "dated" because it was taken while I was pregnant with my baby 

Ho scelto una carta patterned della 7DotsStudio, su cui ho steso uno strato leggero di gesso.

I have choosen a patterned paper by 7DotsStudio and I brushed a ligthly coat of white gesso. 

Ho fatto degli stencil e una volta asciutto ho fatto delle piccole timbrate.

I made stencils by Dusty Attic and once it was dry I made small stamps for my background. 

Ho incollato delle chipboard sempre di Dusty Attic e ho colorato con i colori spray. 

I glued chipboards by Dustic Attic and I colored with spray colors. 

Ho incollato alla fine la mia foto con alcuni abbellimenti, fiori e fustellate.

Finally I glued my photo with some embellishments, flowers and die cuts.

Mixed media Embroidery Hoop

eccomi qui di nuovo sul blog per mostrarvi il mio ultimo progetto mixed media, questa volta creato per il DT di Kora Projects.

Hi everyone!

I'm here again on my blog to show you my last mixed media project, this time created for Kora Projects' Dt. 

Ho scelto due carte dalle collezioni di Kora Projects e ho creato alcune striscie, che ho coperto con uno strato sottile di gesso. Sul cerchio invece ho fissato un pezzo di cotone bianco, su cui ho stesso prima del gesso poi della texture paste mischiata con le art stones di Finnabair Studio.

For the background I choose two patterned papers from Kora Projects collections and made some stripes and covered them with a light coat of white gesso. On the hoop I fixed a piece of white cotton, then I brushed in order with gesso, texture paste mixed with art stones.

Mentre il cerchio stata asciugando ho scelto alcune chipboard, che ho preparato con uno strato di gesso per la farfalla mentre il frame e il sentiment "Beautiful" li ho embossati con le polverine.

While my hoop was drying I choose some chipboard that I prepared with white gesso for the butterfly and embossing powder for the frame and the "beautiful" text.

Then I colored my background very lightly with spray colors from 13Arts and glued my stripes of papers, my chipboards, flowers and other embellishments and stickers from 7 Dots Studio. 

Infine ho incollato alcuni piccoli abbellimenti e ho intensificato i colori in alcuni punti per donare maggiore profondità alla mia creazione.

Come tocco finale ho applicato piccole paillettes glitterate e ho fatto sgocciolare del colore bianco liquido.

Finally I glued other embellishments and I've intensified the colors on some points to give more depht to my creation

As final touch I fixed some glitter paillettes and made some splatters with white liquid watercolor

I've used a colour palette that I like very much (rose, black, white with a touch of gold) and products by Prima Marketing, 7DotsStudio, Finnabair Studio and Gansai Tambi for the watercolors.
